Booking gear with us is quick and easy. Here's all you need to do

1. View our hire list and choose what gear you need.

2. Print one of our booking forms and make a note of all the relevant sizes of the people hiring gear              (ie height, weight, foot size in mm etc). This will help us to size the gear for you.

3. Read our conditions of hire.

4. Complete our online booking form or fax us on  (02) 6936 0954  and tell us what gear you require, some size information for each person, and when you would like to pick the gear up. If you require the free Adobe reader to use this form click the "Get Adobe Reader" button in the sidebar.

5. When we receive your booking we will contact you to confirm and take a 20% deposit from you which can be done over the telephone by credit card or by direct direct deposit. Please note that bookings are not firm until we receive your a 20% deposit.

6. We will then arrange for a confirmation email to be sent to you.

7. When you arrive in Talbingo we will have your gear ready for you to try on and make any changes required.

8. The balance of payment will be required when you pick up your gear from us.
